He continues, “If we believe God is sovereign in the way he builds his church, then every member is strategic. All of the members have different interests, and those are not accidental. That’s the way God created them, so we use that as a means of connecting with other people who have similar interests. We could do so much more if we just focused on something like that, even having special Sundays to welcome [different] groups of people.”
