Take advantage of the warm summer months to host a laid-back movie event at your church. Encourage church and community members to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Rent a popcorn or cotton candy machine and provide cold drinks. Project a family-friendly movie against the side of your church. Or clear the chairs in the sanctuary and show the movie inside instead.
