Im not advocating that leaders be jerks, and there are times to be sensitive to the people around you, but I am advocating that if youre serious about changing the world, stop walking around on eggshells and focus on effective leadership communication.
Because people often avoid giving negative feedback, your own judgmental behavior or emotional overreactions might be landing you in "jerk territory" without you even realizing it.
Not only do we have to judge, but we are called to judge, and in todays society, we need to be more vigilant about biblical judgment being required than ever.
