Try This: Hold a “Get Plugged In” Activities Fair

Have all of your church’s small groups, ministries, Bible studies, classes and other programs set up booths on your church grounds, and invite congregants to come and see them all at once. This works well following services. They’ll be able to meet leaders, talk with participants and even try some of the activities being offered. If any of your congregants have been slow to become an active part of your church, this will connect them to others and to the church in a more authentic, permanent way.
