It’s a common challenge for larger churches to provide consistent one-on-one discipleship for individual members. One way to address this challenge is to have each of your church’s small groups encourage its members to practice “Three to Be.” Namely, each member commits to worship an hour, spend an hour a week going after maturity in a small group or Bible Study and serve an hour. It’s a good, practical, memorable way to ensure that each member in a large church is pursuing spiritual growth both individually and in community.
