Offer to organize and facilitate a communitywide yard sale to benefit a local charity. Make your parking lot, facility and volunteers available for the event, and provide tables and purchase or rent a large storage container to house items before and after the sale.
You can do double-duty by coupling your yard sale with a food drive and/or donating the unsold items to a charity.
