Sourcing and obtaining enough food to meet the demand proved difficult. And often, the church found itself with an abundance of donated expired food.
A partnership was struck where Chandler First Assemblies could obtain food items from Kaleo to donate to East Side Elementary School, which serves pre-K to second grade students, before the kids left for spring break.
Providing these groceries is just one way Madison Hills has served its neighbors through food.
