Questions of Life

Questions of Life (Outreach Booklets)
By Nicky Gumbel (Alpha North America)
A 2012 Outreach Resource of the Year

“I want to be able to hand someone a resource and not intimidate them with the amount of content, nor do I want them to be assailed by pitch after pitch to check out more product from the author/publisher. These booklets address those concerns. Questions of Life is a series of 13 booklets that each address one question. For example, ‘Why did Jesus die?’ or ‘Why and how should I read the Bible?’ This allows you to pick and choose what booklet will have the best impact on the new believer that you are sharing it with based on what you know about them. Nicky Gumbel’s voice in the books instills confidence in the content while at the same time not being overbearing and inviting readers to see for themselves on various issues.” —Vince Marotte, from the March/April 2012 issue of Outreach magazine

Gene Appel: Do Less Ministry; Reach More People

So, we had to do less ministry to reach more people. It sounds funny, but people had to be trained in how to do life with nonbelievers or people spiritually disinterested.
