Boundaries. Your church should have a very clear policy about moral and financial transgressions. This should be adopted by the board of oversight and is enforced immediately when broken.
We need time for family, time to recharge, time to eat, time to work out . . . Do you have time to help that person whos asking? Not if youre going to do the things you need to do. Mastering setting leadership boundaries is crucial for your well-being.
What is God's dream inside of you? Leading with purpose and accomplishing a dream is never more critical than finding balance in managing your time and pursuits.
