The apostles set a stellar example of great leadership as they helped solve the first internal problem the early church faced.

As leaders we grow in competence and confidence and in many other glorious ways through the years. But I needed to learn how to receive love in a new way in order to heal from anxiety and trauma.

Too often when I’ve received a critical comment at church I’ve gotten defensive or said something in return that I wish I could take back.

Stay focused and on track in seeing your plan through to the outcomes you desire.

Asking questions and then listening was central to Jesus’ life and teachings.

In a crisis, the innate reaction of most followers is to call upon a leader to solve the problem.

Our conviction is that everyone has influence, and that includes you. We are committed to helping pastors, ministry leaders, business leaders, teachers, nonprofit leaders, essential workers and other Christ followers use their influence for kingdom purposes and to help bring hope to our world.

When the apostle Paul told Timothy to hand ministry over to others, he instructed Timothy to find “the faithful who will be able,” not the able who may become faithful.
