We all have areas where we can improve. Everyone can always get better. We can improve upon the way it’s always been done, learn new ways of doing things, and do things better the more we try.
I think it’s important to know what causes us to lose trust with the people we are attempting to lead.
All leaders should lead well, but when one claims to be a follower of Christ their leadership reflects on his or her walk with Christ.

I should be conscious of the fact I may not solve everyone’s concern with the problem.
Seriously. Good leadership involves empowerment. It’s delegating authority and allowing people to grow in their responsibility. So, when I have the opportunity, I’ll let people make decisions without my input.
