Start visiting local apartment complexes where college students live and ask residents if you can take out their garbage for them. Consider visiting on Sunday afternoons around 2, so you’ll catch everybody waking up from their Saturday nights with hangovers and a ton of trash. Do it with a smile, and offer to talk with them if they’re ever interested.
