When Central Baptist Church in Ewing, N.J., wanted to develop an effective ministry to the students at the college campus across the street, The College of New Jersey, it decided not to start from scratch.
Instead, the church looked outside its walls and partnered with an evangelistic organization that has been reaching out to college students worldwide for more than 60 years, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.
An InterVarsity team leader describes the church’s support and prayers for the campus ministry as a “dream come true.”
